GCCC Re-Opening!

GCCC Meeting 20th August 2020

GCCC is opening for over-the-board play on 20th August 2020 from 6:30pm.

The new meeting place is in the social area of a private complex in Helensvale. Thanks Donna Young!

The GCCC has a Covid-19 safety plan.

Following the QLD Government Covid-19 guidelines the GCCC will need to take the following measures…

  • Keep a register of all present for possible contact tracing
  • Physical distancing
  • Hygiene

Register of Participants

  • We have a hard limit of 20 persons due to venue size and Stage 3 restrictions – so you will need to pre-register by posting in “comments” on the bottom of this page. We will then SMS or email  the address to you.

Physical distancing

  • 1.5 metres between people
  • one person per 2 square metres when indoors

Personal Hygiene

  • hand washing/sanitising
  • cover your coughs and sneezes and properly dispose of tissues, and hand wash immediately after
  • avoid touching your face
  • clean equipment after use
  • limit touching surfaces
  • limit contact between participants – no handshakes or high fives
  • do not attend if you are unwell.

Parking

  • Park only in areas marked “Visitor Parking”

Noise

  • This is a private residential complex so please minimise noise!
